My cleaners have let me down & handover is today - can you help?

Absolutely! Our large fleet & flexible schedule allows us to easily accommodate urgent/same or next day bookings. In the past, it’s never been an issue for us to have a team on-site within the hour of receiving your call.

Will you match the rates we currently pay?

We are more than happy for you to send your rates through for our consideration of matching or even beating what you currently pay. We understand that times are challenging in the industry at the moment and we’ve successfully done this for many new builders that have reached out to us about this over the years.

Do you offer property maintenance?
Yes! Thanks to the trust that our builders have given us over the years, A1 have successfully expanded our services into offering a lot more than just builders cleans. Instead of having to co-ordinate several different contractors, we will gladly manage all of your building maintenance needs.
What time will the team be onsite?
Whatever time you need a team on-site is exactly when they’ll be there. If you have a time request for crew arrival, just let us know and we will ensure that all works are completed in time.

Do you work on Saturdays & Public Holidays?

Yes, we have teams available both weekends and on public holidays thoughtout the year including over the Christmas break. We understand that our customers may require assistance at any time, and we always do our best to work in with your schedule.

Will you match what I currently pay other contractors?

We build over 50 x homes in locations spread all-over South-East Qld. Can you handle all of my work?
